2. Digital Nature of Products

  • Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed.

  • Access is considered "provided" or "consumed" the moment you receive your login credentials or the moment you access the course area on the Systeme.io platform.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you generally have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Waiver of Right to Cancel: Under EU/UK consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal period expires as soon as the performance of the contract begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

  • By accessing the course materials or logging into the member area, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel.

  • This policy applies to the extent permitted by your local mandatory consumer laws.

4. Voluntary Refund Policy

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a Voluntary 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee under specific conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must submit your request within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.

  • Usage Limit: To be eligible, you must have completed less than 20% of the course content (as tracked by the platform's progress metrics).

  • Reasoning: While not mandatory, we appreciate feedback on why the product did not meet your expectations to help us improve.

5. Grounds for Refusal of Refund

We reserve the right to deny a refund request in the following circumstances:

  • The request is made after the 7-day voluntary guarantee period.

  • The student has completed 20% or more of the course or has downloaded significant portions of the materials.

  • The student has violated our Terms of Use (e.g., account sharing, unauthorized distribution of content, or piracy).

  • A chargeback is initiated through a bank or payment processor before contacting our support team.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your Full Name, the Email Address used for the purchase, the Transaction Date, and the name of the product.

  3. Review: We will review your request and platform usage logs within 5-7 business days.

  4. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (WayForPay/Credit Card). Please note that banks may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the credit in your account.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Currently, our products are sold as one-time payments.

  • There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals.

  • As there is no ongoing subscription, "cancellation" of future payments is not applicable. Your access remains "unlimited" and one-time.

8. Technical Errors and Duplicate Charges

In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or an incorrect billing amount:

  • We will investigate and correct the error by issuing a full refund for the duplicate transaction without applying the standard refund criteria.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We prefer to resolve any issues directly with our students.

  • Contact Support First: We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank.

  • Consequences: If an unjustified chargeback is initiated after access has been granted, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access to the course platform and any future products.

10. Territory and Governing Law

This policy is intended for a global audience. If any part of this policy contradicts mandatory consumer protection laws in your specific jurisdiction (e.g., specific requirements in certain US states or Canadian provinces), those mandatory local laws will take precedence over this policy.
